Production Line

We have 10 production lines, including assembly lines, semi-finished and finished products testing, packaging, soldering line, and maintenance line. The total number of people is 200, and QC accounts for 40%.

 

The production process is as follows(Bluetooth earphone):

1. Check the wires and put in the du assembly line

2. After the wire is put through the earphone, the shell + knot (R, L) 

3. Welding horn (R, L)

4. Check the quality of the soldering shu points (R, L)

5. Assemble the front shell of the earphone and the rear shell (dispensing glue or ultrasonic)

6. Install earmuffs

7. Headphone/MIC measurement frequency response curve
